Water Damage Closes DMV Brentwood Service Center
Monday, October 27th and Tuesday, October 28th
The District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles Brentwood Service Center (located in the Brentwood Square Shopping Center at 1233 Brentwood Road, NE) will be closed Monday, October 27th and Tuesday, October 28th for transactions due to water damage from weekend rains. The Office of Property Management is on site facilitating clean up and Brentwood employees are being redirected to staff the Southwest Service Center which will open today for transactions (the Southwest Service Center is usually closed on Mondays). The Southwest Service Center will open at 10:15 am and close at 6 pm Today to accommodate customers that are seeking services from the Brentwood location which is usually open 10:15 am – 6 pm. The Service Center will provide vehicle registrations and renewals, titles and driver license issuance & renewals. The Brentwood Service Center will reopen Wednesday, October 29th.
All other DMV Service Centers, Adjudication Services and Inspection Station are operating as regularly scheduled. Customers that want to facilitate a DMV transaction today should visit the Southwest or Penn Branch DMV Service Center...Locations and hours of operation are listed at dmv.dc.gov or call 311.
