The FOIA Officer is the principal point of contact point within DMV for advice and policy guidance on matters pertaining to the administration of the FOIA. All requests are handled professionally and expeditiously.
FOIA requests must be made in writing. The request may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the FOIA officer below. To ensure receipt, please make sure the envelope, cover sheet or subject line of the request is prominently marked "FOIA Request." Upon receipt of your request, a response will be sent to you within 15 business days.
