For age 16 1/2 - 21
Requirements
Minimum Age of 16 years, 6 months.

You must have held a valid learner's permit for at least 6 months pointable violation-free.

You must provide a signed 40 hours Certification of Eligibility for Provisional License form certifying that you have at least 40 hours of driving experience accompanied by a licensed driver(s) who is 21 years or older and who has a valid full driver's license. A photocopy of the supervised driver(s) license must be submitted.

You must take and pass the Road Skills Test.

Restrictions / Advantages
You can drive alone.

You can drive with one (1) passenger that is the holder of a valid full driver's license who is 21 years of age or older, occupying the front passenger seat next to you and is wearing a seat belt, and any other passenger who is your sibling or parent.

You and your passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

Driving hours are restricted for provisional license drivers.
