Online Driver Record

You may obtain a non-certified driver record online. You must visit a DMV service center to obtain a certified driver record.

To request a Driver Record online, the following information is required:

  1. Customer Information

    • License State/Jurisdiction
    • Driver License Number, Identification Card Number or Social Security Number
    • Last Name
    • First Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Email Address (optional)


  2. Select Record (3 year record, 5 year record, 10 year record or full history)
  3. A valid credit card (DMV accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover)
  4. Review information and select Confirm
  5. Print Driver Record and transaction receipt

Email confirmation will be sent, if email address is provided. The email confirmation will include a copy of your Driver Record.
